People think, if you are alone, then you are lonely. Is that true?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Its sometimes so peaceful and relaxing to be all by yourself. There are a bunch of things you can do when you are alone and there are so many advantages to that!
Now this doesn't mean you have to cut yourself out from all your friends. But once in a while, you can try this and you might feel so good about yourself.
Things you can do alone:
1) Go alone for a walk on the street- Listen to music, walk around, get lost on the streets or go for a run.
2) Take a book/magazine and sit in a cafe- Enjoy reading while you sip your latte. I would sit somewhere outdoor or by the glass windows.
3) Art- Go to a museum or some art store alone. See yourself talking to yourself (in your mind) as you walk through those amazing art work.
4) Shop- Shopping alone is the best thing a person can do. You don't have to worry what your shopping buddy has to say about that dress or tie. You can buy what YOU like or what YOU want.
5) Join a club - Google some local clubs or groups in your area. Do what you really enjoy. Yoga, painting, book club or trekking.
Advantages:
1) Discover yourself
2) You are more self aware
3) You know what you really want, like or need
4) Its nice to just be yourself and do things for yourself
5) Analyze your goals
6) Possibly meet new people
